This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in Middlesex County, Connecticut, and I consent to that jurisdiction.
If any provision is found unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This is the complete and entire agreement and supersedes any prior statements or agreements.
I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor named above and: consent to their participation; agree to all terms on their behalf; and release and indemnify the Released Parties from any claims brought by or on behalf of the minor.
